Recently I have received a lot of feedback,did not receive any information about the order after purchasing the product.I checked the store’s settings and tested it myself. It worked well together. I don’t know where the problem occurred. If you also encounter this situation, please take the initiative to contact me via email or SMS.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

 We wish we could get our products into the hands of everyone. Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or other military addresses. We are working on getting our products everywhere around the world. Email us if you have more questions.

 WHEN WELL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.

If the product name you purchased contains HANDMADE before the name, it means that the product is a handmade customized product.shipped time takes 1-2 weeks.

 

Why does my order show as shipped but no tracking number?

This means that your order is being packaged or has been submitted to the courier company for processing, usually the USPS tracking number needs to wait for the courier company to store the package and send it to us before we update the order.

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 6 to 15 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been shipped.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

 

If the order is cancelled more than 12 hours after the order is placed, a 5% handling fee must be charged.(please forgive! Even if I refund you, the bank will charge me a transaction fee for this amount due to the transaction)

 

CAN ICHANGR MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change the shipping address ONLY if the order has not been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.  

 

DELIVERY DELAYS? 

While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.

 If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

Important Notice: Affected by the COVID, the delivery time for the orders in Australia and New Zealand may be delayed by 2-5 days, and tracking information online may need a few days to be updated.
 

STOLEN ITEMS

We ship all orders from CHINA. Orders will be shipped to the  address on file. For security reasons I do not change addresses once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address. 

Very rarely does lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are dropped at Post Office, they are tracked but out of my hands...for this reason I cannot be responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen parcels.

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

How fast you receive your order once we have shipped it out depends on the shipping fee you pay at checkout.

•First Class: 8-15 Business Days.
•Priority Express: 6-9 Business Day. 

LILYNA assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders. Once nails are shipped, you'll need to keep track of where your package is left.

If your order was marked as “delivered”  and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. 

I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or delays caused by customs, and by placing an order you are accepting these terms.
